We booked Highfields BnB at Coates near Peterborough on the spur of the moment, and were glad we did. The hosts got back to us quickly and their directions made the place easy to find. It's tucked behind gates just off the main road, in a quiet spot. Our room was very comfortable, the bathroom was big with a large shower, and breakfast was a lovely cooked one. The hosts were really friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Anita and Peter made us feel like friends and were incredibly attentive. We had a lovely, relaxing six night stay in the huge superior twin room, with its separate dressing, bath and shower room. Everything was tastefully decorated and clean, and the coffee tray was replenished each day. The cooked breakfast was spot on. Having their own lake to walk around was a lovely bonus.

The area is beautiful and would be great for birding or photography. It was quiet while we were there, and the other guests were considerate too. Peter and Anita are incredible hosts, and our bed was really comfortable. The room was extremely clean. I'm looking forward to coming back in winter.

Peter and Anita took such good care of me, a weary stranger visiting their village. The room was both huge and cozy, there's a nice little pond out back, and breakfast was superb. I had a wonderful stay.

We spent five nights here in October 2023 and would recommend it without hesitation. Peter and Anita were excellent hosts, ready to help with anything. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the continental breakfast was first class. There's plenty of parking behind a security gate.
