It seems to be used mainly for long-term accommodation now, where there isn’t much choice. They don’t seem to care much anymore about service or the condition of the rooms.

There’s a musty smell as soon as you enter the apartment, and breathing feels difficult. It’s damp, with mold across many of the walls. The official photos were taken after renovation, but the underlying problems weren’t fixed, and those same pictures are still used on booking sites to advertise it. I strongly advise people against booking this apartment.
