The rooms are very clean and come with more than you get at other hotels, and the people running the place are lovely and provide very good service. It was also very cheap. Breakfast is available and was delicious, well worth what I paid. Prices start from £35 a night, the cheapest hotel around peterborough. It works for short or long stays, and I'd highly recommend it. I was so happy with my stay that I'd come back and wouldn't choose another hotel now.

Kevin is a gentleman and seems to be running much of the place himself. I had a basic single room in one of the street's annexes, and it was well equipped. I got one of the two parking spaces, and there was a warm welcome. The building is very dated and worn, and the annexe needs refurbishing. There was road noise until late. Still, breakfast was huge, with plenty to eat, unlimited toast, and drinks. This is no frills accommodation, but for £35, a third of the other price, it's a steal. At that rate, you can't complain.

A spacious room with a large, clean, comfortable bed, plus a fridge and big TV. Breakfast was tasty, the owner was fantastic and friendly, and the town centre is very close. Excellent B&B for such a low price.

The breakfast was incredible and worth getting up early for. The building and rooms felt secure, safe, and comfortable, and the lovely hosts were happy to help with any issues. It's a charming little guest house, close to Peterborough Town centre but far enough away to avoid the worst noise. I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Peterborough.

The cooked breakfast was plentiful and perfectly done, with cereal, tea, and coffee available too. Kev greeted me warmly, and the other staff were great as well. My room at the front was quiet and had strong WiFi, an ensuite, a fridge, and a double bed. The place is very close to the City centre and about 15 - 20 mins on foot from Peterborough Station. A great stay in Peterborough.
