The animals around the buildings are always lovely to see, and I look forward to each visit. I've been coming to Beckhouse for many years, so I can say Andrew and Julie are lovely people who run lovely cottages in a beautiful part of the country.

A quiet week away that ticked all our boxes. The place was clean, nicely presented and set in a stunning spot. The family were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The little roads have sheep on them, with plenty of warning signs, but it still feels surreal. We had a fantastic stay.

We had such a relaxing long weekend in The Granary and are already thinking about coming back around September or October. The building is stunning, restored with real care to a high standard, and Andrew clearly has a real passion for the place. There's a lovely river through the grounds, and it's handy for Flamingo Land or a drive over the moors to Whitby, Goathland and elsewhere. Highly recommend 👌

The countryside sounds are part of the charm, and the cottage itself was lovely and perfectly appointed. It was so peaceful, exactly the kind of break we need to recharge, and absolutely flawless. We'll definitely come back and would recommend it.

I had a fabulous five nights at Jasmine cottage with my mum and our little dog. It's a peaceful spot, and Andrew and Julie are so friendly. It was just right for us.
