Clare and Edward have made a beautiful place at The Tree. The food and accommodation were fantastic, and the yoga and relaxation weekend gave us plenty to take home. We tried several kinds of yoga and mindfulness that were new to us, and learned things we can bring into everyday life.

I came away feeling so cared for. There were lots of thoughtful little touches, gorgeous rooms, delicious vegetarian food, and yoga and mindful relaxation that felt accessible. Even with a lovely group around, I managed to find the solitude I really needed. The weekend felt like a big warm hug. First time visiting, but I’ll definitely be back.

The walks start right nearby, and the place itself is peaceful and welcoming. I loved the yoga and mindfulness weekend, with fantastic teaching, a lovely space and excellent food. You can tell how much love and care the owners have put into The Tree. Thanks so much, I hope to return!

Third visit to The Tree, and it was superb again. Clare, Edward and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the gentle yoga, the thought-provoking meditation teaching and a relaxing weekend catching up with friends in such a beautiful setting. Well worth travelling from Essex!!! Xxx

There are plenty of hiking trails around, and the house and gardens have such a lovely, harmonious attention to detail. The staff were kind and attentive, and I felt really looked after during my stay at this superb B&B. I’d like to come back for one of their different retreats.
