Low Costa Mill

The swimming pool was the highlight, with plenty to do on site and nearby. We had a great family holiday using six cottages. An amazing find. Thanks again, Dave and Tracy.

It's so quiet and peaceful here, with a great pool and lovely walks. This was our second holiday at Low Costa Mill cottages, and we'll definitely be back next year. The owners are really welcoming, and the cosy cottages have everything you need.

We’ve been twice now with our two children and dog, and the owners made us all feel so welcome. They went above and beyond. There’s loads for children to do, from the play park and giant outdoor games to books and games you can borrow for your cottage. You can see the animals and take a lovely walk through the woods and along the beck. The pool has bookable private family sessions as well as open sessions for anyone to use. Our dog loved running around the huge dog paddock. Both cottages we stayed in were very clean, and the kitchens had everything we needed to cook all our meals. We’ll definitely return.

The kids loved meeting the animals, especially the goats, and learning all their names. The stable cat was very friendly too. We also enjoyed the private pool sessions, which worked well for us as a family, and the play area was well equipped. Low Costa Mill is in a beautiful, quiet setting, with well-kept grounds and a lovely cosy cottage. The owners were welcoming and helpful. There’s plenty nearby to do, including Flamingo land, Whitby, Scarborough, Dalby Forrest and York. We’d recommend it for a great holiday.
