Every morning, breakfast came with views of red squirrels, pheasant chicks, and all sorts of birds in the beautiful breakfast room. The rooms were clean and lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. Graeme was friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and share excellent places to visit and eat. It’s a unique setting and a perfect place to stay. Highly recommend, and thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Waking up to the view of nature through our room’s lovely bow window was hard to beat. The B&B is beautiful and distinctive, with rooms furnished and decorated with care, kept very clean, and wonderfully cozy. Breakfast was a delicious start to the day, with croissants, granola, and different egg dishes. Graeme and Susanne were lovely hosts and always available with advice.

From booking right through to leaving, the whole stay was five star. The owners clearly take pride in giving guests a great experience, and the rooms are thoughtfully arranged and finished to a high standard. The food impressed us too, especially the attention to detail and delicious locally sourced produce. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’ll be back.

Watching the birds and squirrels over breakfast was wonderful. The room was beautiful, the views outstanding, and the owners couldn’t have been nicer. A perfect place to stay, with a great breakfast.

The owner can suggest great places to eat and walks to take. Breakfast is excellent, and the room was very nice. It’s a marvellous, cozy guest house set in an extraordinary garden where squirrels and birds are everywhere. You really should go.
