There was building work across the road from 7am to 4pm, and when I told Steve the M.D., he wasn't interested. After he refused to move us, we left. The apartment was dirty: the cooker was caked in grease, and the pans were dirty and rusty. We had told them when booking in September 2024 that we were disabled and had asked for safety bathmats, but none were there, and the property didn't meet disability legal requirements. I reported it to my credit card company. After checking, they refunded the full rental fee and gave compensation. I’d advise against using Plumlocations.

The harbor view in the morning was wonderful, and the setting at Royal William Yard was scenic and surprisingly quiet despite all the amenities there. Drakes Wharf made for a relaxing stay, with everything we could need and a high standard of style. I’d recommend it as a place to stay when visiting Plymouth. Our property manager contacted us on the day and clearly explained all the details, including how to enter and where to park. That made the visit very comfortable.

I was so glad to find this place for my partner’s first trip to the UK with me. The apartment and the services on site were fantastic, and the location was beautiful. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Plum Locations and Royal Willian Yard to anyone after a high quality stay in Plymouth.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it. The area and buildings are lovely, the view was amazing, and we caught a glorious sunset one evening. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The apartment is an unusual mix of compact and spacious, with lots of storage. The kitchen had everything we needed except a slotted spoon for lifting poached eggs out of the pan. That's the only small gripe, and it really wasn't a big deal. Thank you.
