The apartment was spacious, with modern appliances and comfortable beds, and the location was great. The customer service, though, was very disappointing. Before check-in we got bombarded with emails and messages that gave conflicting instructions, including offers of a late checkout that turned out not to be available. The key, collected from a different location, didn’t work properly, and it took us 20 minutes to get into the room. When I called the check-in team, they first told us to go back and swap it. I explained it wasn’t practical to put the children back in the car, and then they said someone could come out. Despite several calls, nobody came. We left the apartment unlocked when we went out that evening because we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get back in. At least our stay was only one night.

The place was very clean and spacious, and it’s in a great spot near the Barbican.

Comfortable, peaceful, and convenient. It was the best experience, and I want to come back.
