Our wedding was a huge success, with everything catered for perfectly and decorated beautifully. The photos came out lovely and the atmosphere was fantastic. We also enjoyed the food immensely and had to thank the chef. The hotel and restaurant looked beautiful, and the staff throughout were friendly, caring, and helpful. Their customer service really impressed us. We stayed in a big, beautiful suite the night before. It was clean, well decorated, put together nicely, and had comfortable beds and loads of space. On the wedding night we had a grand suite, just right for us and our wedding anniversary. I loved staying here for my best friend's wedding. We're planning to book our anniversary here next year. Highly recommend it for a visit or a memorable event.

Breakfast was incredible. There was more smoked salmon than I’d ever seen on a plate, the scrambled eggs were perfect, and the fruit kebabs were gorgeous. I also tried the four egg omelette with a choice of fillings. The portions are so generous that I never managed to finish a meal. Dinner at the Jacobean restaurant was so good too, with a lovely menu. The bed was the main thing for me, and it was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in. I couldn’t wait to get back into it. Very firm, and the pillows too, just heaven! The clean, modern bathroom was really spacious. The hotel is beautiful and traditional but still quite unique. Some decorating was happening during our stay, but it was done considerately. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, and there’s loads of parking. I appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air, which isn’t always an option when I travel for work. The stairs could be a challenge if you’re not very mobile. I’ve stayed before and will definitely be back. Thank you! And please tell me where you got those mattresses.

Breakfast at the Jacobean bar was lovely, with hot dishes cooked to order as well as cereals and pastries. The smoked salmon was delicious and came in a huge portion, and I recommend the fruit kebabs too. We stayed for a wedding and really enjoyed it. Our room had all the conveniences and was very warm, which was welcome in the cold snap. It’s a lovely gem with personality, not far from the A1 and with good transport links.

The Jacobean pub served excellent food, and breakfast was seriously good. It was our first time here, just for one night, and my wife absolutely loved it. The room was lovely and the setting was nice. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Rogerthorpe Manor Hotel.

The service was excellent from start to finish, and every staff member I met was friendly and welcoming. The team handling room service were especially helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I was delighted to find my suite decorated beautifully for Christmas. It made my recent stay at Rogerthorpe Manor Hotel feel festive and special. I highly recommend it for a festive break.
