The site was neat and looked well looked after, and every room had its own parking spot right outside. I was visiting a friend who stayed there. Their room had two single beds, a wardrobe and drawers. The bedding looked quite worn to me and seemed due for replacement. There was also a clean, tidy kitchenette with a cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, plus a bathroom off the bedroom. While I was there, there was a fair amount of shouting and noise. A lot of the rooms were occupied by young homeless people and girls with very small babies.

The staff were so friendly, and the welcome was really warm. My room was comfortable and spotless, with breakfast things waiting in the clean fridge. The bar next door was welcoming too. I'll be back.

There was dried human poo stuck to the bathroom, and it looked as though the place hadn't been cleaned. The whole place felt outdated. The staff were rude and disrespectful, acting like they were above everyone. When you say anything negative to the owner, she kicks you out and accuses people of being racist. This was the most disgusting place I've ever been in. I'd give it less than zero if I could.

I stayed here in Oct09, and liked having a private door straight outside. It meant I could come in late without disturbing the other residents. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the cooking setup was clean and suitable, with a cooker, fridge, pots and pans.

The staff treated the residents disgracefully, with such rude, arrogant behaviour. They spied on us round the clock, and there were so many petty rules. Avoid this hellhole.
