The food arrived piping hot, and each dish had its own distinct taste, which you don’t often find at events. The staff were welcoming throughout, and the events team handled everything flawlessly. I’d happily recommend it and look forward to coming back.

Keep in mind that the booking can’t be refunded. My wife and I have stayed in hotels all over the country and abroad, but this was easily the dirtiest and most badly run place we’ve come across. The staff were extremely rude, and our room didn’t match what the website described or showed. Some rooms seemed to house homeless people, who wandered around and stared at us and our suitcases. We didn’t feel safe at all. I’d give this place a wide berth and would rather sleep on the street. If negative stars were possible, I’d choose that.

The room was great for what we paid, with toiletries, tea and coffee provided, and the staff were very accommodating. I stayed for two nights a few days ago and had a brilliant time. The man who checked us in was so polite and did everything he could to help. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and we’ll be back. Thanks so much!

We had dinner in the restaurant, and it was the best Indian food I’ve had 😊. The room was clean and comfortable, with good coffee in it, and reception were very friendly. Only downside was the bar, where there were lots of drunk people and it felt more like a nightclub. I stayed one night, and the staff were great.
