Sainsbury's, the town centre and the quayside are all close by, with bars, restaurants and boat trips just a few minutes’ walk away. The location is great. The apartment itself felt tired and dated, though, and several areas need attention. It’s a shame, as it could be something special.
Good value, with a nice flat, free parking and an excellent location.
The host was lovely and even came over within five minutes when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Check-in and checkout were easy, too. The apartment was clean and cosy, with the amenities we needed and a little garden at the back. It’s a handy spot, just a stroll from Pool Quay, about ten minutes on foot from the station and five from the high street. There are restaurants and pubs nearby. We had a nice stay.
Our apartment was number 8, up four flights of stairs, so it wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues. The place was very clean and tidy, in a private close with parking. The location is great, just a short walk to the Quay, shops, bars, restaurants and boat trips.
We’ll definitely come back. The apartment was comfortable and well maintained, and worked really well for our weekend break. It’s close to the quay and has free parking. The block would suit a family or group of up to six, with the two sofas providing extra sleeping space.
