I didn't stay in the rooms, though I imagine they're as neat, clean, and nice as the rest of the place. The food was very good, served on Sunday afternoon, and booking is needed. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Well worth a visit, though don't come, they need the room to look after me.

The staff were exceptional, and the food was excellent. My family and I had a wonderful stay, with very clean rooms. Carol and Maureen were especially kind and made us feel at home, which three Americans on a week's getaway really appreciated. I can see now why my grandparents love the Cromore so much, lol. Thank you, ladies, and thanks to the Halt staff! Special shoutout to the night watchman, who worked his shift, made our breakfast, and then got accidentally jump-scared by me one night when I asked about the heater 😅 Thanks, mate!

We had dinner here with friends and found the place warm and very friendly. The food was good and so was the price.
