The food was lovely and the atmosphere was friendly, with really kind staff. We only stopped in for a meal and drinks, so I can’t say anything about the rooms. I’d definitely recommend it.

The gammon was sublime, and my husband’s chicken was tender and full of flavour. The portions were just right, and everything tasted spot on. We had a fantastic Sunday lunch, served quickly, with a warm welcome at the door. It was a lovely start to a relaxed Sunday. Thanks, we’ll be back 😀

The staff were so welcoming and fantastic. We had a delicious roast: the beef was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth, and the potatoes and vegetables were packed with flavour. We’ll definitely return. Thank you 😊

We only popped in for a drink on Sunday afternoon and sat outside in the sunshine. The staff brought out Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes for everyone, putting a bowl on each table along with gravy for dipping. What a pub 👍
