Fresh milk, sweets, coffee and tea were thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. The room was spotless, the shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable, so it was easy to relax. Nothing to dislike, just a pleasant stay from beginning to end.

I’ve been staying at Winckley Stays over the past six months, and it’s among the best places I’ve stayed in the UK. The value for money and customer service are hard to match, and the attention to detail is amazing. I’ve been upgraded to better rooms more than once at no extra cost, though every room I’ve stayed in has had what I needed for a pleasant visit. Other places offer the bare minimum and then try to squeeze more money out of you with cleaning fees or a deposit. Thank you for caring about your customers and always being so friendly and professional.

The room was beautiful and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was surprised, though, by how warm it was, even on the ground floor with the heating off, and by the stains on the dining chairs. I’ve stayed with this company several times and the rooms have always been spotless, so those things were unexpected.

Wonderful again, as it is every time. The rooms are beautiful, with a nice kitchen corner and a walk-in shower. There’s a park and a doughnut and coffee place nearby, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the city centre and station. Whenever we’re in Preston, we’ll choose Winckley Stays. Thank you!
