The main bar has loads of space and character, and I enjoyed the Thai red curry. We all liked our meals once they finally came, especially the triple-cooked chips. The location looks nice from outside, but the car park is tiny and an Indian takeaway van was taking up space. Staff were rather frosty, and we waited ages for the food.
Back again for lunch with friends. There was a good choice on the menu, and everything was cooked and presented really nicely.
All eight of us had a lovely Sunday lunch at The Crown. The food was outstanding, among the best pub Sunday lunches I've had in ages, and everyone enjoyed their meal. We got such a warm welcome and the service was second to none. Good value too, and well worth a visit. Thanks to all the staff.
Loved the old-school feel inside, and it's child friendly too. The countryside setting is amazing, and the food is good quality without costing too much.
