Winterstoke view-Ramsgate-5 bed Family & dog friendly beach retreat-Seaviews

The beach and a lovely park were both close to Winterstoke View, which kept the whole family entertained. We enjoyed the coastal views and walks on the sand, while the children had the swings, slides and open green spaces to play in. The garden was another highlight, beautifully kept and a lovely place for the kids to run around while we relaxed on the patio. We also cooked on the BBQ and ate outside. Inside, the house was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with a warm, comfortable feel. The spacious living room gave us space to unwind together, and the well-equipped kitchen made meals easy. The bedrooms were cosy, with comfortable mattresses, crisp linens and plenty of storage. Bathrooms were spotless and had fluffy towels and toiletries. The owners were responsive and helpful through booking and made sure we had all the information for an easy arrival. During the stay, they added thoughtful touches and left a guidebook with local recommendations. Winterstoke View in Ramsgate was a real gem for a family holiday by the sea. We had a memorable, relaxing stay and can't wait to return.

We loved our week at Winterstoke View in August 2021 and didn't want to leave. The house is stunning, with everything you could need for kids and dogs. From the sea views and huge park right on the doorstep to the easy walk to the Harbour, beaches and broadstairs, the location was perfect. Several beaches for swimming and bodyboarding are only a 5-10 minute drive away. The kitchen has all the amenities you need for cooking. We made a full roast and baked a birthday cake, and found everything we needed. All the beds were comfortable with luxurious bedding. We can't wait to visit again.

We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with the whole family and just got back from Winterstoke View. It was a fantastic choice, with everything we needed for a long weekend. The house was great, the sea views were lovely, and the beach was just minutes away. I'd definitely recommend it for family get-togethers.

The view from the dining room window seats down to the cliffs and sea was lovely, and we spent early mornings there with coffee. The house was spacious and comfortable for my family and our elderly dog. We had peaceful few days over the weekend, with comfortable beds, a huge dining table for family meals and great water pressure in the upstairs shower. It rained too much for us to use the garden much, but we did enjoy the fire pit and toasted the marshmallows Sheila, our host, had kindly left. There were games and books for younger children, and the beach and walks along the prom were very close. We explored the local shops and recommend Westward Cross for a shopping spree. Tesco Extra was a short 10-minute walk via the footpath for last-minute bits and pieces. Sheila was easy to talk to during booking and popped by to check everything was okay and we had what we needed. She was a great host. Thank you Sheila and Abi for a lovely weekend.
