Beautiful 4-bed House in Ramsgate

We ended up scrambling for somewhere else to stay, and it cost an extra £500 for all seven of us. We were left out until 11 at night because there aren't many alternatives nearby. Before that, we spent four hours trying to get check-in information. When we contacted them, they said there was no booking. The house was open when we went over, with no keys, then later the door was locked and people were inside. Horrible experience.

They took our money and never provided the stay they promised. We couldn't get into the property, and nobody would answer the phone or reply to messages or emails. It's ridiculous how they operate and disgusting that they can get away with it. Zero stars should be an option. Avoid at all costs.

I paid the day before, then was told on arrival that they couldn't accommodate me, even though I'd called and messaged hours beforehand. After that, they blocked my number. The customer service was the worst, and this place doesn't deserve a star, let alone a listing on Google. Unreal.

They took the money and gave nothing in return. My messages never got a reply. Avoid.
