Hilton London Bankside

The service was incredible everywhere, from the concierge and lobby to the distillery and restaurant. The staff were so kind and good with kids that by the end of our trip, my children were hugging them. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Bankside London hotel for making our first experience in london one to remember. Matt, Malcolm, and Zein were key members of the team, but every single person helped make this one of my best hotel experiences in a really long time. When we come back to london, this is where we'll stay. WOW!

Our rooms had fridges stocked with complimentary soft drinks and biscuits, and breakfast was included in our rate. It was a comprehensive buffet, with eggs, waffles, and pancakes made to order. We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Bankside, right behind the Tate Modern. If you're up for a walk, you can get anywhere; we walked to see The Mousetrap. The interconnecting rooms on the first floor, 141 and 143, were very comfortable and looked out over the street. The kids each got a goody bag, and their beds had fox toys and blankets. Daniel the Doorman gave us an amazing welcome. Our bags somehow made it from the cab to reception, where we were offered complimentary Prosecco, and the kids helped themselves to the candy bar. Thanks to Daniel and the fantastic staff for a really enjoyable stay.

My wife and I spent Christmas through New Years at this Hilton property and were blown away by the experience. The hotel was immaculate, and every staff member we met was lovely and professional. We had a wonderful Christmas night dinner at Oxbo and enjoyed drinks at the The Distillery several times. Watching the bar employees work together was impressive. Joy deserves a special mention for her attention to detail and outstanding service. Each afternoon, she had my Jameson and Guinness and my wife's espresso martini ready. It was a pleasure meeting you, Joy, and thank you for taking such great care of us. If you stay here, make sure to visit the bar; if Joy happens to serve you, you're in for a great experience. I've been a Hilton customer for a long time, and this may be my best stay yet. Looking forward to coming back.

The Executive Lounge became one of the highlights of my stay at Hilton London Bankside. Its food was plentiful and delicious, with desserts changing often enough to make each visit feel fresh. The presentation and quality both showed impressive attention to detail. Yen and Domenico made the experience especially good. They were warm, attentive, and professional, helping open bottles and serve drinks with genuine smiles and gracious manners. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome and well cared for. The lounge's atmosphere and service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hilton Bankside, and sincerely thank Yen and Domenico for making my visit memorable.
