Adrian gave us a lovely welcome and took good care of us. The room was fresh, comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, and the location was beautiful. The only things I noticed were that a mirror near a socket would help with hair and makeup, the bathroom mirror light wasn't working, and the shared fridges could use a clean. Otherwise, everything was perfect and really good value. Thanks for a lovely night, we'd come back if we're nearby.

Communication was good the whole time, and the room had tea, coffee, and towels. We stayed one night for a nearby function. Everything was clean and there was nothing to fault. Might book again soon.

The garden was a lovely place to unwind, and we were able to use the facilities and bar area for wedding preparations the next morning. I booked all four rooms for the day before my wedding with my bridal party, and the secluded, peaceful setting was exactly what I needed beforehand. We were greeted so warmly on arrival, with a bottle of lovely fizz and treats that I hadn't expected. The owner was calm and kind, and let us relax in the gardens until late. Holly Lodge made the whole stay feel stress free and beautiful.

We had plenty of parking, good heating, and strong WiFi, with a friendly host too. The converted barn rooms are well equipped for a short stay, and the bed was comfortable. There were enough drinks facilities for us. It's a lovely, peaceful spot, with several places to eat just a few minutes' drive away and a Sainsbury's about five minutes away. Very happy to recommend.
