Avoid this place. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The flat wasn’t cleaned during my stay, and the bedding wasn’t changed. I raised the cleaning issue with the person managing the booking, who said she’d send the cleaner, but she still hasn’t. Communication from both the manager and cleaner was poor. At 3AM, two men who seemed quite drunk walked into the flat. They appeared to know the place well and seemed shocked to see us there. I don’t know what had been going on, but it felt like there was poor communication and random people could get into the flat. It was a nightmare, and I didn’t feel safe at all. The room was so hot it felt like a sauna, and the window wouldn’t open. The cleaner also walked in on my friend half naked after she’d left the shower. Shocking and dangerous.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, with nice decor and thoughtful touches like Netflix and a coffee pod machine. It’s in a good location, and having an off street parking space is unusual in Reading.
