PBM Team doesn’t seem to learn from past problems, especially with lift repairs at Mosaic Apartments. They’ve left a building with 7 floors and around 100 families waiting more than 2 months for a repair. Something similar happened in another block of Mosiac earlier this year. Regular maintenance and finding fast, reliable suppliers don’t seem to be priorities for them.

Avoid number 39 Greenham Avenue. These apartments are overpriced, built with the cheapest materials, and not worth the stress. The buildings are very poorly insulated, and management is terrible. PBM property managers of Greenham Avenue won’t help with anything. Don’t count on the agents to tell you about these problems, they just want your rent, which is nothing short of long term.

It's 2 a.m. and I'm still awake from the pipes vibrating behind the wall. The managers said they'd deal with it back in January, but after about six months the problem is still here. Nothing gets done, just more promises.

The 25% discount from the manager was a kind gesture, and it helped turn things around for my good friend's 70th birthday spa day. We were stressed when we arrived because nobody had explained that the day pass had to be paid for online. We prefer paying by contactless or with a regular debit card and PIN. After some back and forth, the manager accepted it was a miscommunication and offered the discount. We nearly changed our minds after the hassle, but in the end we relaxed and enjoyed the lovely venue and spa.
