The team communicated really well, and the photos give an accurate idea of the apartments. The hygiene was amazing, and I couldn't fault the stay. The facilities and kitchenware had everything you could possibly need. Would recommend. Thanks, guys!

I was here for a whole year, and the manager and staff were friendly. The apartment, furniture, kitchen, and everything else were up to date. Cleaning staff came once a week, and it was just a five-minute walk to the centre.

The management were really friendly, and Sylvia and her team went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The accommodation was fantastic, newly refurbished, and in a convenient location.

The facility manager on site, levi, is a charming young guy who helped us a lot, and the management team were very hospitable. The apartment has a lift, automatic corridor lights, a video intercom at the main door, a proper mailbox, smart TV, and fast WiFi. It made a temporary stay and self-quarantine easy. One small snag: maps sometimes send visitors or Deliveroo drivers to the back of the building, so you have to spend extra time explaining how to reach the front entrance. You can walk to a post box in five minutes, the Oracle shopping mall and restaurants in ten, and the post office in fifteen. A good place to begin your UK adventure and trips from.

We spent six nights at the Faculty and were very satisfied. The staff were helpful and really friendly. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and had a comfortable bed. Thank you, we'll come back.
