Quirky Cottage was even better than we expected. Sam and Martin were lovely, welcoming hosts, and the beautifully decorated cottage was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed, including lots of thoughtful little touches. It felt like a home away from home. The location was easy to find and made a great base for exploring Cornwall. We had a wonderful stay, couldn’t have asked for a better place, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Sam and Martin were lovely. They waited for us when we arrived later than expected, then came out to see us off when we left. Communication before our stay was excellent, and they always answered my questions. The cottage itself is beautiful, cosy, and quirky, spotlessly clean and fresh, with everything we needed. I really hope I get to stay there again!

Sam and Martin, the owners, made us feel very welcome and were on hand if we needed anything. It’s a gorgeous home from home cottage in a really peaceful location. We’ll definitely return.

The hosts were friendly and nice. We spent two nights at the campsite over a bank holiday weekend, and it was the quietest, most peaceful place I’ve ever been, with an amazing view. The kitchen, showers, and toilets were immaculately clean. We definitely recommend it!

The site is in a brilliant spot for walking and cycling the mining trails, and Lanner is only a few minutes away on foot for a pub and shop. We camped for five nights and found the hosts friendly and helpful. It was quiet, with gorgeous views, and the kitchen and toilet and shower area were spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!
