Premier Inn Rhuddlan

We paid about £52 a night for a twin room, which felt alright for the price. The location is great, though the rooms feel dated next to other Premier Inns. Lighting was dim, and there was just one plug by the bed with no USB charging. Data service was poor around there, and the free WiFi was slow. Even premium WiFi only reached about 20Mbps. I’d consider coming back, but I’d check other options too.

There’s an hourly bus nearby to Prestatyn and Rhyl, with a large Aldi and Starbucks right next door. The hotel is nice and clean. The restaurant beside it wasn’t up to much, and breakfast was awkward: it isn’t a cooked buffet, so you have to tell staff what you want and how many. I’ve stayed here before and would stay again.

The rooms are clean, and the cleaners are really pleasant and friendly. I loved staying here, especially thanks to the very good staff, particularly Nia, who made it even better. Meals are served in the restaurant next door, freshly cooked and very reasonably priced. Nightly rates were between £65 and £85 depending on the day, so booking online gets you the best price.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and there were plenty of tea bags available. For food, there’s a table table next door for breakfast, Aldi for supplies while travelling, and KFC for something quick. The bus stop nearby has a decent local connection too.
