The food was below average, and several menu items were unavailable when we visited. There wasn’t any draft beer either. Service needs attention: staff were busy chatting among themselves and took their time serving people waiting at the bar. The large outdoor area looks neglected and needs a lot of work, including a revamp of the children’s play area. Inside, it’s a standard pub, but it could be made much cosier. The location is great, and I hope the place gets some much-needed TLC.

The Sunday roast we had delivered to our home was delicious, with generous portions. We’d certainly recommend it, and hope to eat in soon as well as ordering delivery again. Thank you for such a lovely meal.

We just stopped in for a couple of drinks while the kids played in the play area. The beer was well priced, and we were served with a smile. There are smart pods with TVs and heaters too. Definitely coming back, 10/10.

The portions were very generous, and the staff kindly boxed up my dessert when I couldn’t finish it. The place was packed with diners, yet service was quick and everyone was lovely and friendly. We tried The New Inn after reading several reviews and were so glad we did. The Sunday roast was delicious, and our three courses were excellent value with a good choice of options. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to family and friends.

We sat outside in a heated pod while the kids played in the secure park on site. Staff were happy to accommodate a fussy eater, and we got a free beer with our burgers, which was a nice touch. A lovely late afternoon and a very nice visit ☺️
