A handy place to stay while walking the Thames Path or England Coast Path on the Hoo Peninsula. Henry sent clear, useful directions before we arrived and was very accommodating at check-in. The rooms are basic, but good value. I'd stay again without hesitation.

This welcoming B&B is great value. Everything I needed was in the clean room, including a fridge and a spotless kettle. The bed was cosy and comfortable, with nice bedding and a thick duvet. I also appreciated being able to use the microwave in the shared dining room. The lovely local pub doesn't serve food, but there's a well-stocked shop close by. It's easy to get here from Rochester or Strood station on the hourly bus, so it works well as a base for hikers without a car. The furniture and rooms are a bit worn and dated, but everything was clean. For the price, I can't complain. Highly recommend.

The owners are really kind, and the place has everything you need to feel comfortable. The beach is right there, with a local pub nearby. My room was clean and comfortable, with a TV, kettle, fridge and WiFi.

A lovely, peaceful place where you're well looked after. It's ideal if you're visiting the area, and I'd definitely stay again when I'm back this way.
