Breakfast was stupendous, cooked to perfection, with a fantastic choice and plenty for vegetarians. We also had a warm, friendly welcome and everything we could wish for. Our room had a wonderful view over the river, with the picturesque town in the distance, and two armchairs where we could watch TV comfortably without lying on the bed. We didn't get a chance to try the honesty bar or sit out on the deck, so we'll have to return.

Kev n Kath made us feel very welcome and were helpful throughout our wonderful weekend at the Bridge House. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views from the garden and a short, scenic walk into town. Breakfast was 10/10. Hope to come back one day.

We were staying at a nearby cottage when we had car trouble, so we popped in for advice. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. The place looked stunning inside, and we wished we'd booked to stay there. We've decided to come back in the future.

We booked two nights at short notice in early June and felt very welcome with Kevin & Catherine. It works more like a boutique hotel than a BnB, with Farrow and Ball decorated rooms, quality furniture and fittings, and fresh flowers in the hall. The details were all done properly: white table linen, a fabulous breakfast overlooking the river and town, comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton linen, and heavy white cotton towels. We had a wonderful stay.

The riverside garden is beautifully kept, and the accommodation is lovely throughout. The full English breakfast deserves a ten out of ten, especially with the Black Pudding. We had a superb couple of days and got a very warm, friendly welcome from the owners. Thanks very much.
