The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in for a long time. The hotel is modern and very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. Shops, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance, and the area seems to be developing, so building work could be a possibility later. There was none while we were there. Food and drinks were on the expensive side, and a fire alarm went off at 03:30, which didn't help after our five-hour drive. Still, we had a good experience and four stars feels fair.

I was really anxious about being away from home, but the staff did everything they could to help during my two-night solo stay. Andrew and the team supported me all the way from booking through checkout, and that meant a lot. The hotel was lovely, clean, and a great place to stay. I'll be back in Sheffield over the next few months and would gladly stay here again.

The staff made me feel welcome at every turn, from Andrew and Lynn at the desk to Evie and Ethan in the restaurant, and even the cleaners I passed in the hall. Everyone was friendly and had a great attitude. My pre-opening stay was a good one. The room had plenty of space and amenities, and the bed was large and soft. I tried the gym too, a nice workout space with a decent range of equipment. Dinner and cocktails were lovely, the food and drink were top notch, and breakfast had lots of choice. I'd definitely stay again.

The free parking on the hotel grounds was spacious, and the WiFi was strong enough for my Teams calls, both useful for a business trip. My room was modern, stylish, and spacious, with thoughtful details like plenty of hanging space and plug sockets. Compared with other hotels I've stayed in, it really stood out. I ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The locally sourced menu had options for different tastes, portions were generous, and the food arrived hot and promptly. Breakfast was fresh and hot too. Service was courteous and professional, even though the hotel had only recently opened. The hotel felt warm and professionally run. I liked the modern bar decorated with art showing local sights, and the restaurant had both open and more private seating. I stayed on a solo business trip in December, soon after the opening, and look forward to coming back when I'm in the area. It's a great option for work or leisure and a real gem locally.
