I found this little gem while looking for a few quiet, restful days, and was in absolute bliss. It’s a beautiful home and villa, with gorgeous décor, a homely feel and an incredibly clean space. Even our shower room felt opulent. The villa and grounds are stunning, with a pond, and the owners are just as lovely. Such a peaceful, accommodating place, tucked away in a beautiful spot. I’ll definitely book here often.

I’ve just returned from a lovely overnight stay at Ivybank Villa. Tina and Tom were amazing, so friendly and welcoming, and the whole villa was stunning. Our room was first class, with a very comfortable bed and incredible views. They let us leave our bags before check-in and offered us a cold drink, then advised us where to eat that night. Breakfast was the best, with everything and more. The gardens are out of this world, and they have everything you need and more. My only complaint is that I couldn’t take the gorgeous dog Pip home with me! Wishing them all the best, and I hope to see them soon.

The garden is a real credit to Tom's hard work, and the whole house is lovely. Tina and Tom made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was roomy, spotless and comfortable, with a breathtaking view out the front. Breakfast was generous, home cooked and made with fresh local produce. We’ll be back for another break, and I’d recommend staying here when visiting Bute.

We’re already looking forward to staying again. Our room was lovely, and the house and location were just as nice. The view from the room was gorgeous, and we got a little tour of the cabin room, which was stunning.

The garden and the view are both lovely, and Tina was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, especially the mushrooms with her secret herb recipe. Ask Tina and she’ll share it.
