Dee and Phil made us feel very welcome. The accommodation is clean and practical, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast was hot and delicious. There was even a ground anchor for our motorbike. The bus stop just outside makes it easy to get into Whitby. Thank you!

Breakfast was generous and tasty, with plenty of cereal, fruit and cooked options. Phil and Dee were a friendly, helpful couple and happy to share advice about nearby places to visit. The room was very clean and comfortable, though a little snug for two, and the bath towels felt small. We had to shut the window to keep the road noise out. A nice stay.

We made good use of the lounge in the evenings, sitting there to chat, and the single room had everything I needed, including a clean, lovely ensuite. From the bedroom window there was a great view towards Whitby Abbey. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating, and breakfast was wonderful. It’s good value and handy for Whitby, nearby towns and villages, and the moors. I’d happily stay again when I’m back in the area. Thanks for a great visit!

Breakfast was fantastic, and our rooms were immaculate. Phil and Dee were especially welcoming and made things easy for us with all our cycling gear. We stayed with them during a cycling trip and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks!

The owners even offered us a lift back to the route, though there’s also a footpath across farmland that leads to Whitby and onwards. Rooms were immaculate, with a great shower, and breakfast was very good. A lovely B&B for people walking the coast to coast, highly recommended.
