JPG Tower Suite - 22nd Floor City Views

Ash was very communicative before and during our four-night stay, and had the baby cot ready for us when we arrived late from our flight. That was much appreciated. My family, including two toddlers, were very comfortable here last month. The location is prime, just steps from Deansgate, Market Street and The Printworks, with tram stops in walking distance for getting around the rest of the city. The property has everything you’d need as a base for exploring or visiting nearby family and friends. Thanks for a great stay!

I dispute the proposed deductions from my security deposit. I was told by Whatsapp that there would be extra cleaning fees and a charge for damage to the sofa, but the cleaning fee was already included in my booking and paid. I found the place dirty, and shouldn’t be charged again for cleaning. The sofa was already run-down before we stayed, and we didn’t damage it or even use the sofa bed. The apartment was in bad shape for rentals before our visit, and we left it as we found it. There were greasy dishes in the cupboard, so we had to use plastic ones, and the glasses in the cabinets were wet and dirty. The washing machine was moldy and its door wouldn’t close. The mattress was very old, with springs you could feel. There was no hot water until the second day, when we asked for it. Once it was turned on, only the bathroom had hot water. We’d agreed to pay an early check-in fee to get in at noon, but we weren’t allowed into the property until 1:30. That delay cost us extra with the car rental company, so the early check-in fee should at least be refunded. I checked my booking confirmation and the cleaning fee was already paid. I strongly object to any security deposit deductions, and request the full 200 GBP deposit back, plus the 50 GBP early check-in fee. We had one of our worst rental experiences with JPG. The property wasn’t as presented, and our interactions with the property staff were awful.

We had a memorable family trip, and the host was attentive and easy to reach. The apartment had plenty of space, great views, and everything we needed for a two-night break. It was secure, with several coded doors, and the host explained access perfectly. The location was ideal for the arena and Arndale centre. Thanks for helping make the trip special.

Very clean, and the host was quick to respond. It’s an excellent spot, an easy walk to the train station and arndale. I’d love to stay again if I come back to manchester someday.
