It felt like staying in a house, split into units, with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Clean and quiet, and the people running it were really nice. The place is convenient and comfortable, within walking distance of Salisbury city center. Stonehenge is also easy to get to. There's a PARKING LOT! As a Texan, I like having somewhere to park. Parking anywhere in England is problematic.

Barbara communicated really well, and the stay was generally comfortable. The town is 5-10 minutes away on foot, with lots of places to eat nearby. All museums charge for entry, which is a shame. We were in Room 5. The north-facing patio was tiny, just enough for 2 chairs, and there was no line outside to dry things. Our towels stayed wet because the radiator wasn't switched on. The lack of a shower head holder on the wall was a big minus for us.

These cosy little apartments are well equipped and only a short walk from Salisbury town centre. The host was friendly, discreet and helpful. It was competitively priced against nearby hotels, with everything needed for a short or longer visit. I'd highly recommend it if you're visiting Salisbury.

I enjoyed staying here. The apartments were spacious, in a quiet area that was perfect for studying, and mine was always clean and presentable. They changed the linen weekly. Highly recommend.

I spent three weeks at Byways and found it excellent value, with plenty of parking and discounts for longer stays. The staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout. Breakfast was generous: cereals with yoghurt and similar options, or a full English, or smoked salmon and scrambled egg. No supplementary £3. I'd highly recommend it for a Salisbury weekend or a work stay during the week.
