Breakfast had plenty of lovely choices, and the room was private and comfortable, with a cosy bed and a great en-suite. Ann and Phil were such friendly, kind hosts. We had a great stay at Kiwi House and would happily return when visiting family in Sandbach. Thanks for having us.

Kiwi House was a lovely find for New Year’s Eve. We were going to a party at a friend's house just five minutes from the B&B, and Ann & Phil made us feel very welcome. The cosy room had everything we needed, including a good-sized en-suite. We also appreciated the fresh milk in the little fridge and the two bottles of water. We'd recommend it and plan to come back.

We slept so peacefully here, and everything was very clean and tidy. There were towels, shampoo and shower gel to use, plus tea and coffee making facilities, with milk and water in the fridge. Ann was so kind about the toiletries, insisting I use hers and take my own home, lol. Breakfast was lovely every morning. Ann and Phil couldn't do enough for my husband and me. We arrived as strangers and left as friends, and we'd definitely go back to see them both. I'd give them 11 out of 10. David Cameron, Kent.

I had a delicious, huge continental breakfast, and the room was lovely and cosy, with a well-fitted en-suite. It had everything I needed, including tea, coffee and a fridge with fresh milk. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend.

We picked this place for a one-night stop on our way to Southampton for a cruise, and it was a real gem. The price was good, and Sandbach is lovely. It's about a 20-minute walk to town at a senior citizens' pace, with a CoOp nearby and a fish and chip shop. There was parking on site, and it was very peaceful, so we slept well in the comfy bed. The cosy bedroom had a nice en-suite, and the shower came with shampoo and shower gel. Tea, coffee, fresh milk in the small fridge and two bottles of water were provided. Phil and Ann are very nice hosts. Breakfast included orange juice, cereal with plenty to choose from, toast, tea, fresh fruit and warm croissants. We'd stay again if we were heading to Southampton.
