This was our sixth stay with z hotels, and they impressed us again. The staff are always polite and cheerful, and the extra touches they provide are just right. Rooms are compact but have everything you need, and after staying in Japan, these feel large by comparison. We had big fluffy white towels, clean hot showers, tea and coffee, and a huge TV with lots of channels. Great for a city break when you need somewhere to rest. Maybe less suited to a romantic getaway with all the trimmings. We think these hotels are brilliant and will be back next time we plan a night away.

Most rooms don't have windows, though they do have comfortable air conditioning. The rooms are small but clean, tidy, and comfortable, and staff are friendly. Breakfast was reasonable. Piccadilly Circus Underground station is just a four-to-five-minute walk away, making the location excellent. As with most hotels, prices depend on demand and how early you book. There's also a membership option that could be useful if you visit often.

Maria gave wonderful service, the breakfast was fabulous, and the other staff were professional and polite. Rooms are small, but very affordable, modern, clean, and comfortable. My main complaint is that there's no safety box in the room. A smaller drawback is the lack of any exercise facility. I'd give it 3.5 stars.

We spent three nights at The Z Hotel Piccadilly, and it was a really nice stay. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the service was friendly and efficient, so everything went smoothly. I'd definitely recommend it! 👍😊

The food, room, staff, and facilities were all amazing. Rushali gave me great customer service in the 24-hour cafe, and Amelia was wonderful when I checked in. I had a 10/10 experience. I only wish I'd known about membership before booking, since I could then have got the free wine and cheese tasting. Other than that, excellent!
