We were very happy during our two nights here. The owners are lovely, everything was clean and tidy, and the self-catering kitchen was fully equipped for guests to use. The walls were soundproof, and the hot tub was the proper thing, as the reviewer put it, not one of those Lazy Spa tubs. Shops and the beach are an easy walk away, so there's no need to pay for overpriced seaside parking. Good for families or a romantic break.

I booked myself a weekend escape at Little Parklands and it was one of the best guest houses I've stayed in. The station, beach and shops are about seven minutes away. There's also a hot tub and a barbecue, which are a bonus.

The hot tub was a real treat. Little Parklands is on a quiet street, with the beach and attractions within walking distance. There are several good pubs and restaurants nearby, whether you want to walk, drive 5-10 minutes, or take the bus. It's a great starting point for exploring the island.

My partner and I take little staycations, and this place was amazing. The apartment, the location and the hostess were all fantastic. We're definitely coming back, if only to use the hot tub again.

We were so pleased with our stay at Little Parklands that we'll come again. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and cosy, and the shower was hot. It's well placed for Sandown and Shanklin, with the sea about a ten-minute walk away. Parking was free and easy. Having a balcony to sit on and a hot tub to enjoy was an extra treat, even though the tub is shared with other apartments. It was sparkling clean.
