Kevin had even warmed our walking boots before we left, which made them lovely to put on. I can't remember another hotel doing that. Breakfast was generous, fresh and really well cooked, with the same welcoming service we had throughout. The room was comfortable as well as practical, with a gorgeous bed, useful hooks, nice mugs and a hot water bottle for chilly evenings. Kev and Sara made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and you could see how much care they'd put into the place. I've stayed in plenty of hotels for work and holidays, and The Deanwood Hotel is honestly one of the best. We left relaxed and well looked after, and are already keen to return.

After a long cycle around the island, my friends and I found the room cosy and comfortable, and the hotel was super clean. It was just right for a night's rest and a chance to recharge. Sara and Kevin were helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. The beach is only a short walk away, and breakfast was tasty and filling.

I was only there overnight for work, but Sara and Kevin made me feel so welcome that I'll be back. The beach is very close, and there are some good places to eat nearby. Breakfast was great and set me up for the day. I liked it enough to add a few photos. Highly recommended.

My husband and I both slept brilliantly, thanks to the amazingly comfortable beds. The rooms were clean and serviced every day, and Sarah, Kevin and the staff were all so polite. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I'd definitely recommend it if you're planning a visit to the Isle of Wight.

We had a lovely stay, and the sandy beach is just a stone's throw away. The rooms felt homely, breakfast was very nice, and the beds and pillows were comfy. Sara and Kevin were marvellous hosts. Friends June and Dawn say thank you, and we'll be back 💃💃
