Victoria Lodge is a welcoming B&B and hotel that rates itself four stars. The beach, town and Old Village are all nearby, and some rooms have sea views. Rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is a hearty full one. The hosts are friendly and helpful, often going the extra mile. There’s free parking, it’s good value, and the atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful. It isn’t especially luxurious, so it may feel basic next to larger hotels.

Everything was spot on, and the customer service was top notch. We had a wonderful stay in a big, tidy room and wouldn’t mind coming back.

The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. It felt like a great home away from home, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Shops, the beach and entertainment are conveniently close. Thank you, Suzanne and Terry, for your hospitality and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend staying here on the Isle of Wight.

We’ve stayed here for a few years and absolutely loved our two weeks in the studio flat in July 2018. It had been done out the year before and was clean and fab. The beach and shops are nearby. The owners are kind and friendly, and hopefully we’ll be back next year.

Quaintly decorated, reasonably priced, and in an excellent location. There’s parking available on site. I’d highly recommend staying here.
