The views from both the front and back were amazing, and the apartment was beautiful and clean. A downside if you don't drive is that the shops are a long way away, and there are lots of hills and stairs. There was no tea or coffee in the apartment, despite not having Deliveroo available. The bath wouldn't fill, possibly because the seal had gone. I'll still give it a 4, as most places provide tea and coffee after a long journey.

The location was amazing, with superb views on both sides of the flat, and we had a lovely stay. Still, the problems distracted from the good parts. There weren't enough glasses or mugs for eight people, we had no parking permits, the lounge TV didn't work, and the lights above the bed in the big bedroom were out. One shower was faulty, the other drained very slowly, and the extractor fan in one ensuite wasn't working. We reported everything but got no response. We booked the four-bed apartment over Christmas 2024, having stayed in the two-bed place five years earlier. I was surprised to be charged extra to use all four bedrooms after booking that accommodation. In those five years it feels as if the owners have lost some interest in the property, or perhaps there are different owners. The office staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be, but I suspect these issues aren't new and won't be fixed quickly. Such a shame.

We barely needed the car, using it just three times in two weeks because everywhere was easy to reach on foot. The apartment was fantastic, well appointed, with amazing views, and the owners were lovely and friendly. Another gold nugget found!

The flat was comfy and very nice, with amazing views. It's well placed for walks to North and South Bay and the town centre. The website should say clearly that there are no toiletries or welcome pack.

The views of North Bay were stunning, and the location is ideal for local attractions. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and well maintained, with ample parking. I'd definitely stay again. 👍
