Harbourside Apartments

We booked again for next year, after staying here while organising Scarborough’s GoldWing Light Parade charity event. Being near the West Pier meant it was just a short walk to where we needed to be. Apartment 3 overlooks the harbour and sits right in the heart of Scarborough’s South Bay, handy for the beach, boats, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was stunning, furnished to a high standard, and had everything we needed for a great holiday. Complimentary tea, coffee, bread and milk were there, including two pints already in the fridge so we could put the kettle on straight away. The two double bedrooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, and there were several USB sockets for charging phones, iPads and tablets. Each room had a large flat-screen TV, and the free wifi made it feel like home. Three big windows at the front let in lots of light and gave us uninterrupted sea views. The middle windows are patio-style doors that open inwards, so you can sit and watch and hear the world go by below. There's also a superb walk-in shower wet room. It would work well for family holidays or business trips. The staff were attentive and very helpful, even carrying our bags. We also had free parking, a free beach chalet and a free ice cream. What more could you want?

We could enjoy the views in the daytime, and the bedroom was set back from the road, so noise wasn't a problem. A great apartment with absolutely everything you need for self-catering.

Everything we needed was in the well-equipped kitchen, and the place was very clean. It's in a great location, with free parking and the chance to use a beach hut for a day. The customer service was amazing. What a find! We'll definitely stay again.

The owner was friendly, helpful and always available if we needed anything. The apartment and service were second to none, and he went beyond what we expected. We'd highly recommend it and will definitely stay again soon.
