I’ve just come back from another two-day stay, and after visiting this guest house a handful of times, I don’t want to stay anywhere else. I only wish I’d found it sooner. The owners are amazing, so welcoming and always ready to help. I love their gorgeous dog Ollie, and my dog loves staying here too. The beds are comfy, rooms are clean and cosy, and the decor is lovely. Breakfast is delicious, and there’s a bar as well. It’s close to the open air theatre, peasholme park and North bay. I’d recommend this B&B in a heartbeat. If I could give more stars, I would. Thanks again, see you all soon.

The couple were lovely, friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they couldn’t do enough for us. Ollie the dog gave us a lovely greeting too. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast was outstanding, the best I’ve had in a long time. It’s in a great spot, about 10 minutes from the open air theatre, 20 minutes from town center and 10 minutes from the beach. I’ll definitely return very soon.

Peter and Rhona made us feel like friends from the moment we arrived, and couldn’t have been more welcoming. They even took us around a few local establishments so we could get acquainted with the area. The rooms were nice and clean, the facilities were good, and breakfast was superb every day. He stayed a couple of nights so he could be with his family and came away absolutely delighted. Pete had him laughing, too. The hosts made us feel right at home, and my bed was the comfiest I've ever had. The room was perfect, and breakfast kept us full well into the day. There was a great choice on the hospitality tray, including lovely hot chocolate and plenty of teas. This is easily our favourite B&B in Scarborough now. We'll be back, whether for work or a holiday.

Rhona and Peter make you feel like friends rather than paying guests, and they're happy to accommodate you. The full English I had was lovely, with good quality food and just the right portion. The guest house has a really welcoming feel, and the rooms are bright, warm and decorated beautifully, with the same comfort you'd want at home. Looking forward to my next visit.
