Our room was spotless and had everything we wanted. The service was first class, better than at any good hotel. We had booked just two nights at first, but enjoyed it so much that we decided on the spur of the moment to ask about staying a third. Someone had cancelled that day, so it worked out. Brian was so friendly, polite and accommodating that we'd gladly come back for him alone. He also gave us great ideas for our outings.

Breakfast had loads to choose from, including a delicious full English and homemade conserves, so you certainly won't go hungry. The owners are lovely, and the rooms are beautiful, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Such a warm, welcoming B&B. I'll happily stay again when I'm next in the area.

We had a great breakfast, and it was handy being close to fakenham, where we had a brilliant day at the races. The B&B was really lovely, and the host was super friendly and happy to help with anything. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Brian.

We enjoyed relaxing by the fire in the breakfast room. The rooms were spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. A lovely B&B, and we'd stay again.

The owner made us feel very welcome and worked around our plans. We had a lovely night, with comfortable beds, a gorgeous breakfast and quiet surroundings. It would make a great base for exploring the area.
