Ab Fab Rooms

Udo was a perfect host and knew so much about the area. The breakfast had plenty of options and was very good. Our room was bright, airy and exceptionally clean, with lovely white sheets, fluffy towels and an amazing shower. It could hold its own against a five-star hotel. Would we come back? Absolutely, 100%.

Udo and Steve really went out of their way to make us comfortable, and we’ll definitely be back. We’ve stayed at plenty of B&Bs, and this is one of the best. The breakfast was excellent, cooked well and just the right size, with homemade jams and marmalade to finish it off. Our modern room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedding and towels were lovely quality and clearly well laundered. We’d highly recommend this B&B. The name says it all!

We were looking for somewhere quiet and friendly, and this B&B was a great choice. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was so good, and Udo and Steve made us feel welcome. For the service, the price really isn’t expensive. Five stars from us. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in Seaford again.

We stayed in the 'chocolate' room, which was spacious and comfortable with a stunning sea view. Udo is a warm, friendly host who makes you feel welcome, and breakfast was a real treat before a day of walking. Seaford is under a 30-minute walk along the seafront, or just two minutes by train with regular service. We had a fantastic weekend at Ab Fab rooms. If you’re feeling energetic, the 'seven sisters' walk to Eastbourne is well worth doing.
