Good value for what we paid, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed felt a bit too hard for me.

The rooms are dated, but they were perfectly clean, and make a good base for a night or two in the area. They're above a cafe and gift shop at the edge of Seahouses, with parking on site, which is handy in such a busy little town. The harbour is a three-minute walk away, and there's a Co-op across the road along with plenty of places to eat.

That bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up and leave. The directions were great, parking was on site, and the stairs up to the rooms were no trouble for us. Facilities were a good standard and we had everything we needed for a restful stay. Very handy for town, with a fab cafe around the corner. Some rooms might get noisy in the busy season, but it all worked fine for us.

I've stayed here twice now. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the staff were available when we needed help. Checking in and out was easy, and the room was more than adequate. It's a great base for exploring Seahouses, with the added bonus of on-site parking. Having the cafe attached is handy for breakfast too. Would recommend 👍
