Zahid at Premier Sevenoaks checked in on me while I was eating and took a moment to explain a little about my dish. It felt like a thoughtful, genuine gesture and made the meal more special. The food was great and the hospitality was excellent.

Kejal deserves a special mention for being so friendly and professional. The staff were helpful and welcoming from check-in right through to check-out, and made us feel well looked after. Our room was spotless, quiet and comfortable, and the whole place felt calm and well organised. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

Sam greeted us and seemed to know what we needed before we had to ask. Lucas, the chef, also made the stay for me. I worked my way through the menu to judge how delicious everything was, and couldn’t settle on one dish to recommend because it was all so good. Such a friendly, accommodating hotel. We were in good hands.

The room and breakfast were fine, and so were the staff. There’s no parking on site, though you can find some nearby. Drinks are very expensive, £4.50 for a Coke. If you booked via Expedia or Hotels.com, ask a staff member to check you in. The machines are available, but the hotel’s system doesn’t work well with Expedia bookings.

Wendy was a great help at reception when we arrived and arranged a room close to my family. We also liked the good choice on the menu. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.
