Jan and Rick are a lovely couple who make sure their guests, including the four-legged ones, are well looked after. They can’t do enough for you. Fontmell B&B was spotlessly clean and welcoming, and the room had tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute and would definitely come back x

The owners were smashing and really helpful, and the home-cooked breakfast was great. With a comfy bed and large bedroom, it felt like a friendly home from home. The village is pretty, and there’s a great local pub for dinner.

It’s no longer operating as a Bed & Breakfast, despite being billed that way. It’s a lovely mix of cafe, convenience store and post office instead.
