H.V Apartments

All three of us slept better than we had in a long time, and each had a room of our own. We were in town for the snooker and stayed here last night. It’s clean, and only about a five-minute walk from the Crucible, the station, and the town centre, so it suited us perfectly. It’s a good option for snooker fans who don’t want to pay silly prices at the local hotels. Communication with the owner was spot on, and we’d happily stay again.

Amanda handled everything brilliantly, from communication and check-in to contacting us about something we’d left behind. The apartment was spacious and just right for our stay. We had large beds, comfy pillows, a desk in every room, and a bathroom with a separate shower, which was great. The blackout curtains and plenty of plugs were useful too. There was good kitchen storage and the basic utensils, even fairy liquid. Convenient for the swimming pool and shops. We’ll definitely be back.

For the price, we couldn’t fault it. We stayed overnight for a concert and found the place clean, modern, and well equipped. It’s just far enough out of town to avoid the noise, but pubs and bars are only a short walk away. There’s also a lovely real ale bar next door but one.

The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Booking was easy, thanks to a host who was simple to get hold of. Great service and a perfect location. Amazing place to stay!
