The rooms, staff, location and atmosphere were excellent, and the staff were especially welcoming and friendly. I’d read earlier reviews and was a little unsure about booking, but there was no need to worry. I’d thoroughly recommend it.

We had a great stay for the Tramlines Festival, two adults and two teenagers. The location is right in the city centre, and our room was clean, spacious and airy, with good room for all four of us. Breakfast was excellent. We loved it, would stay again and highly recommend it.

The stay was really welcoming and comfortable, and I loved the experience. The rooms have a classic dark wood design, so they’re not modern. The lighting was great, the bed super comfy, and I slept well. One thing, the restaurant is expensive, so I’d suggest eating elsewhere.

The hotel cancelled six hours before check-in opened. An absolute disgrace. They didn’t even have the nerve to call me and apologise, they left Booking to sort it out. The next morning they still had the audacity to text and email asking for payment, even though they’d cancelled the reservation. Utterly garbage customer service.
