Good value for money, with everything you need for a rest, and we had no trouble parking out front. The rooms were tidy, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The shower area needs some work, and the kitchen, especially the ovens, could do with more cleaning. We were quite surprised because the earlier comments weren’t good at all. I’d strongly recommend this B&B, as long as you don’t expect a 5 star hotel or perfection.

The customer service was poor. My friends and I had pre-booked two rooms, but on arrival we were told the booking was no longer available and we couldn’t stay as planned. They put five adults in one basic room with two mattresses on the floor and covers, then charged us the full price for one room, £104 for one stay, with no breakfast included. We asked for a little compensation because we were unhappy, but they refused.

This was the scariest experience I’ve ever had. There was no hotel sign, so we couldn’t find the place. A man with no uniform or name tag met us and took us upstairs. There was no reception or main desk. As we passed the rooms, groups of men came out and stared at us. We’re two young girls. The man came into our room, locked the door and blocked us in while demanding more money. When we said we’d already paid, he called for ‘backup’. We said we needed the bathroom, but he said no and wouldn’t let us out. A few minutes later he finally said we could go. As soon as he let us out, we ran and managed to leave.

Really disgusting. There’s no main desk, and the place looks very scary and dodgy.

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR JUST ONE NIGHT, WITH NO TV. IT'S NOT A BNB, AND THEY DON'T OFFER BREAKFAST. MORE LIKE A HOSTEL.
